Privacy Policy — Future Constructor
Last Updated: September 28, 2026
Operator: Future Markt
Contact: futuremarktgroup@gmail.com
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Future Constructor ("we," "our," or "the Service") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website at https://constructor.futuremarkt.com.
We are committed to transparency. This policy describes what data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights regarding your information.
Important: The Service is non-custodial. We do not collect or store your private keys, seed phrases, wallet passwords, or have access to your cryptocurrency. Blockchain transactions are public and recorded on decentralized networks outside our control.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Blockchain Data (Public Information)
When you use the Service to deploy an ERC-20 token, the following information is publicly recorded on the blockchain and stored in our database:
- Blockchain network (Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain, Arbitrum, or Base)
- Deployed token contract address
- Token parameters: Name, symbol, total supply, decimals
- Deployer wallet address (your wallet's public address)
- Deployment timestamp
- Transaction hash
This data is public by design. Anyone can view it using blockchain explorers (e.g., Etherscan, PolygonScan, BscScan, Arbiscan, Basescan). We store this data in our database to:
- Display deployment statistics on our website.
- Provide a record of tokens created through the Service.
- Support potential future features (e.g., token catalog or history pages).
We cannot delete this data from the blockchain, as blockchains are immutable public ledgers. We can remove records from our own database upon request (see Section 6).
2.2 Analytics Data (Yandex Metrica)
We use Yandex Metrica, a third-party analytics service provided by Yandex LLC, to understand how users interact with the Service. Yandex Metrica collects:
- Pages visited (e.g., homepage, token creation flow, network selection)
- Time spent on pages
- Click and interaction events (e.g., buttons clicked, forms completed)
- Device and browser information: Type (desktop, mobile, tablet), operating system, browser type and version, screen resolution
- Approximate geographic location: Country and city level (based on IP address)
- Referrer: The website or link you clicked to reach our Service
- Session data: Duration, number of pages per session, bounce rate
Yandex Metrica uses cookies and similar technologies (see Section 3) to track user sessions. Data is anonymized and aggregated for statistical purposes.
Purpose: We use this data to:
- Improve user experience and website design.
- Identify technical issues (e.g., broken pages, high bounce rates).
- Understand which features are most used.
- Plan future product improvements.
Yandex Metrica's Privacy Policy: https://yandex.com/legal/privacy/
Yandex Metrica is subject to Russian data protection laws and Yandex's own privacy policies. By using the Service, you consent to Yandex Metrica's data collection as described in their policy.
2.3 Server Logs (Automatic Data)
Our web server automatically logs standard technical information for security and operational purposes:
- IP address
- Request timestamp
- HTTP request method and URL
- HTTP response status code
- User-agent string (browser and operating system)
Purpose: This data is used to:
- Monitor server performance and uptime.
- Detect and prevent abuse, attacks (e.g., DDoS), or unauthorized access.
- Troubleshoot technical issues.
Server logs are retained for a limited period necessary for security and operational purposes, then automatically deleted.
2.4 Email Addresses (If You Contact Us)
If you contact us via email at futuremarktgroup@gmail.com, we will collect your email address and the contents of your message. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and provide support. We do not use email addresses for marketing purposes or share them with third parties.
2.5 Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect or have access to:
- Private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords
- Email addresses or names (except if you voluntarily email us; no registration required)
- Phone numbers or physical addresses
- Payment information (fees are paid directly on-chain via your wallet)
- Contents of your wallet (balances, transaction history, other tokens)
- Off-chain personal identification documents (ID, passport, etc.)
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
3.1 What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your web browser when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognize your device on future visits and store preferences or session data.
3.2 Cookies We Use
Yandex Metrica Cookies:
Yandex Metrica sets cookies to:
- Distinguish unique visitors (assign a random user ID)
- Track session duration and return visits
- Analyze user behavior across pages
These cookies are persistent (remain on your device until expiration or manual deletion) and third-party (set by Yandex's domain, not ours).
Cookie Names (Examples):
Common Yandex Metrica cookies include _ym_uid, _ym_d, _ym_isad, _ym_visorc. For a complete list and descriptions, see Yandex's documentation: https://yandex.com/support/metrica/general/cookies.html
3.3 Managing Cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings:
- Block cookies: Configure your browser to refuse all cookies or only third-party cookies.
- Delete cookies: Clear cookies stored on your device at any time.
Note: Blocking or deleting cookies may affect the functionality of the Service (e.g., session continuity, analytics accuracy) but will not prevent you from deploying tokens.
Browser Instructions:
- Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Cookies and site permissions

4. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
4.1 Providing the Service
- Blockchain data: To display deployment records, generate transaction confirmations, and support potential future features (e.g., token pages, catalogs).
4.2 Analytics and Improvement
- Yandex Metrica data: To analyze user behavior, improve user experience, fix bugs, and prioritize new features.

4.4 Marketing and Communication
We do not use your data for marketing or send promotional emails, as we do not collect email addresses or contact information.
5. How We Share Your Information
5.1 Public Disclosure (Blockchain)
Blockchain data is public by design. Deployed token addresses, wallet addresses, and transaction details are visible to anyone with access to the relevant blockchain explorer. This is inherent to blockchain technology and not within our control.
5.2 Service Providers (Third Parties)
We share data with the following third-party service providers:
- Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC): Analytics data (see Section 2.2).
These providers process data on our behalf and are subject to their own privacy policies. Yandex Metrica is subject to Russian data protection laws and Yandex's privacy policies.
5.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law or legal process, including:
- Subpoenas, court orders, or government requests
- Investigation of suspected illegal activity (e.g., fraud, money laundering)
- Protection of rights or safety: To prevent harm to individuals, enforce our Terms of Service, or protect our legal rights.
5.4 Business Transfers
If Future Markt is acquired, merged, or undergoes a business transfer, user data (including database records and analytics data) may be transferred to the acquiring entity. You will be notified of any such change via an update to this Privacy Policy.
5.5 No Sale of Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Your Rights and Choices
6.1 Access and Correction
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you (limited to database records, as we do not collect identifiable personal information in most cases).
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
To exercise these rights, contact us at futuremarktgroup@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe as required by applicable law.
6.2 Deletion (Right to Be Forgotten)
You may request deletion of your data from our database. Note:
- We can remove records from our database, but we cannot delete data from the blockchain, as blockchains are immutable.
- Deletion requests apply only to identifiable records (e.g., a specific wallet address you own). We may require proof of wallet ownership (e.g., signed message) before processing deletion requests.
- Aggregated or anonymized analytics data cannot be deleted, as it is not linked to identifiable individuals.
To request deletion, contact us at futuremarktgroup@gmail.com.

6.5 Complaints
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority in your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR supervisory authorities in the EU, or equivalent regulators in other countries).

7. Data Retention
7.1 Blockchain Data (Database Records)
We retain blockchain data (token addresses, deployer addresses, parameters) indefinitely unless you request deletion. This data is minimal and not sensitive (it is already public on-chain).
7.2 Server Logs
Server logs are retained for a limited period necessary for security and operational purposes, then automatically deleted, unless required for ongoing security investigations or legal compliance.
7.3 Analytics Data (Yandex Metrica)
Yandex Metrica retains data according to its own retention policies. We do not control Yandex's data retention. For details, see Yandex Metrica's privacy policy.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including:
- Encryption in transit: HTTPS/TLS for all website connections.
- Access controls: Restricted access to databases and servers.
- Regular updates: Security patches and software updates.
However, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. Blockchain transactions are irreversible and public—this is outside our control.
Your Responsibility:
- Keep your private keys and seed phrases secure.
- Use strong passwords for your wallet.
- Beware of phishing scams impersonating the Service.
9. International Data Transfers
The Service is accessible globally. Your data may be transferred to, stored, or processed in various jurisdictions where our infrastructure operates.
Yandex Metrica: Data collected by Yandex Metrica may be processed in Russia or other countries where Yandex operates. Yandex complies with applicable data protection laws in those jurisdictions.
By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we become aware that we have collected data from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us at futuremarktgroup@gmail.com.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or Service features. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Material changes (e.g., new data collection practices or sharing with third parties) will be communicated via a notice on the website or other appropriate means.
Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
12. Contact Us
If you have questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or your data, contact us at:

We will respond to inquiries within a reasonable timeframe as required by applicable law.
13. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the following applies:
13.1 Legal Bases
We process your data based on the following legal grounds under the GDPR:
- Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): By using the Service and accepting cookies, you consent to analytics data collection via Yandex Metrica.
